In Salon Hair Extensions Services Available
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Because a confirmed appointment is reserved especially for you, when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or 'no-show', unfortunately we miss out on an opportunity to fill your spot and our other clients miss out on an appointment. if you have to cancel or reschedule please call us as soon as possible on 3888 5722.
For all new clients & online bookings a 25% deposit is required to reserve your booking. If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours or there is a 'no-show' the deposit is forfeited. Our regular clients will be allowed to book as normal however if there is a no-show' we will require a 25% deposit. For 2 or more no shows we will require 50% deposit to be paid over the phone prior to booking any future appointments. No refunds will be made for cancelling 48 hours prior to your booking.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment it is considered a 'no-show' & your deposit will not be refunded.
